Once you unlock the original Panzer, launch the game at the Appendix section of Pandora's Box. Then, at the main menu, press these buttons to unlock Dragon-Only Mode: LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN, L, R.
