Debug Mode
At the Mode Select screen, while you have the heart next to the word quit, hold the diagonal Down/Left and hold the 1 and 2 buttons. Press Run while holding down these buttons and you will be taken to a cheat menu where you can configure Bonk's speed and jumping ability as well as using a sound test and level select.Invincibility
While in the debug menu, set your speed and jump setting, select the level you want to warp to, and push SELECT.
