At the title screen, higlight "Start", then Hold L + R and press Start. In this mode you can randomly select your character by pressing Up + Start.Kool Stuff Menu

At the title screen, press Up, B, A, Left, Down, Y.Play as Human Smoke
Select Robo-Smoke at the character select screen. Before the match starts, hold Left + High Punch + High Kick + Block + Run. Smoke will explode into his human form.Play as Smoke
To play as Smoke, push the d-pad LEFT while holding the A button on the copyright screen. Then push the d-pad RIGHT while holding the B button. Finally, hold down the X and A buttons until Smoke appears.Scott's Stuff Menu
