Start the Game Morphed
At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, X, B, Y, A. If you did this correctly, you'll see a flash.Start with Fully-charged Power Rangers
At the title screen, press any button to make the one-or-two player option screen appear. Now press Up, Down, Left, Right, X, B, Y, A. There will be a flash of lightning if done correctly. If not try again without restarting the game.
