On the Mad Doctor level, in the elevator. When the elevator reaches the top floor, have Mickey step out two or three steps, then go back in. The elevator will then shoot up to a secret bonus room, where you can collect balls, stars, and an extra Mickey!Level Select
On the Sound Test screen, set Music to Continue, FX to Appear and Speech to Take That. Highlight EXIT and hold Left for about 5 seconds, then start your game.
