Secret Arena and 110 Lives
Go to the level called corkscrew, right at the begining of the level, turn left, and you should see a hole that looks small, but you can fit through. Then you will find an area with a glowing ball in it, get the ball and you'll warp to a the hidden arena. You'll get 110 lives and you can roam around to collect more, plus, there is another hole that you can go through where you get a hidden ship with 12 different guns. Enjoy!
