Unlock Shadow then clear all C-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 19 times and beat Bison 2 twice.Play as Shadow
Unlock Garuda then clear all D-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 14 times.Unlock Bonus Games
To unlock extra bonus games, go to the main menu. Then highlight Bonus and hit Select five times, highlight Option and hit Select three times, highlight Versus and hit Select once, finally highlight Director and hit Select twice.Unlock Hayate
