Avoid Sabertooth and Juggernaut
In the third level (Excalibur's Lighthouse) there are two rocks one on each side of the screen when you fight Sabretooth. To avoid Sabretooth, stand on top of the first rock and use Iceman to create an ice sled to the other rock. If you walk across the bridge, Sabretooth won't appear. This trick can also be used on the first level to avoid Juggernaut.Extra Time
In the upper right-hand corner of the Danger Room there is a box with wires on it. Smash the box and your time limit in the Danger Room will increase from 30 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.Gambit Level Skip
Using Gambit, you can bypass the first three levels. When inside the danger room, go to the control room (upper left-hand corner). As you begin to disappear, hold A; the level will start, but you will immediately return to the danger room. After the first level, you will start in Zaladane's Fortress, but you can repeat the trick and skip to the Shiar world and skip again to Excalibur's Lighthouse. Before proceeding to Level Four, you can replenish Gambit's power and choose your favorite X-Men superhero. This enables you to start Level Four with all your X-Men at full strength.How To Beat "Mojo's Crunch"
At the end of Mojo's Crunch, you will be in a room surrounded by tv screens with Prof. X's face on them. When the timer starts to run out, Prof. X will tell you to reset the computer. At this point press the RESET button on your Segas Genesis. You will see a screen that looks like binary code. After this fades out, You will then move on to the last level, Ateroid M.Level Select and Healing
Unplug controller two before you power up your Genesis. At the title screen, hold A, C and Down and hit Start. When Magneto's appears, unplug controller one, plug it into the controller two port and press Start. Put it back in port one and hit Start to select a difficulty level. To the right of your position there are eight panels on the wall. Each one represents a different level. Crouch in front of one and press C to warp to that level. This code also provides infinite back-up X-men and lets you refill your life bar at any time by pressing Start twice. Note: To play a two-player game with this code, enter it as normal, but when get to the "Hold START" part plug in the other controller.Lighthouse Shortcut
When you are in the danger room before you enter the lighthouse, Nightcrawler. When you get inside the lighthouse, teleport walls until you reach the elevator. Enter it to go to the boss.Spot the Crumbling Rocks
Before getting to the lighthouse, there are rocks that crumble when you walk on them. If you pause the game, you can see where the crumbling rocks are.
