In the Japan level, at the point where you start go to the right slightly. Now build a LOT of speed, and start grinding on the little circles that have a cube hologram floating above them. Wait for about a minute, until you start bouncing on the screen, and jump off. You will appear in this REALLY weird place, its like some kinda beta level or something.
