Level Select
Enter the following code at the title screen: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, A, Left, Right B. Hit Start, then select Credits and wait till the credits roll ends. You will now find yourself on a farm with tons of ladders. Take the ladders to warp to the different levels.
