On the junk in China, got to the left most sail. At the before-last stage. Jump off from the left side and get 2 Bartmen. Then fly straight up to get 3 lives. Then fly until you reach the rightmost part of the screen (picking up the lives on the way). Once there, take the Bartman to fly back to the "map" pole.
